[Bug]: Notification button on dashboard in non-responsive when there are no notifications

Describe the bug

On this url "https://learn.piyushgarg.dev/dashboard" the notification button does not show any action after clicking when there are no notifications available for the user

Desktop

• OS: windows
• Browser: Chrome
• Version: 129.0.6668.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://learn.piyushgarg.dev/dashboard'
2. Click on 'notification icon'
3. Error here is there is no response on clicking

Expected behavior

when we click notifications , it should show that there are no notifications for you instead of showing nothing
