Launch an iRODS server in a Ubuntu VM with Vagrant. PostgreSQL is installed for the database server. The iRODS REST API client is also installed and configured. Nginx is used as a reverse proxy for the iRODS REST API client. The secrets generated when the VM is started can be found in "vagrant/active-irods-variables.sh".
