It doesn't open

I've tried everything but it's just not working, I placed de oo2core file, I updated my .NET, I checked the dependencies and nothing works. When I try to open the .exe nothing happens, it appears the loading wheel 1 second and then nothing happens, I searched this bug and found no solutions, I wrote the problem in reddit and no one answered, I asked in the gamebanana web and they just care about the web's bugs. I don't know what tf can I do, please, can someone tell me a solution, I've been so many hours doing my research and trying lot of things. The help is appreciated
