id로 db에서 찾아올 때 없는 id이면 처리를 어떻게할지 결정하지 않았다.

없는 id면 create 해야하지 않을까요??

fetch by id 메서드의 매개변수로 id를 넣었을 때, id가 존재하지 않을 경우의 예외처리가 필요합니다.
