Backend fails to start after creation

After modifying the image name (issue #4), to use collectiveaccess:1.0.0, I am able to deploy the stack but the backend fails to start. The error logs shows:
Enter password: ERROR 2005 (HY000): Unknown MySQL server host '-uroot' (110)
If I understand the error correctly, the backend container is trying to find a MySQL server named '-uroot', whereas the name should actually be either 'db' or 'my-collectiveaccess-db-1'. I have been unable to find where that connection string is being generated.
