When the integration is started, it complains that jablotron_devices.yaml could not be found
2019-09-19 16:07:26 DEBUG (MainThread) [custom_components.jablotron_system.binary_sensor] async_load_config(): file /config/jablotron_devices.yaml could not be found: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/config/jablotron_devices.yaml'

should this file be created manually? (if i do the error message is gone, but the file stays empty, so i expect there could be something wrong with the file i created.
