Running the pub is not working for me #61

Trying to run v0.2.26 since current revision looks broken. This is on Ubuntu 22.04.1. This is all the output I get

~/planetary-pub$ node ./index.js 
**DB PATH** /home/ssb-pub/planetary-pub/db

As far as I can tell, nothing runs past that. Once I got past #60, the tests now pass, so I'm not sure what's going wrong.
