Genuine question and not a prod to start any sort of flame war. What is the status of getting other projects that TC members lead / contribute to under the auspices of this group? For example, I lead plio and should probably get that into PlanetaryPy. What about other projects from the TC? What barriers exist? What concerns?
I ask about barriers and concerns because they are likely barriers and concerns for non-TC members as well.

If plio is primarily a Python package, then it is probably more appropriate for you to submit it as an Affiliate Package to PlanetaryPy (Review Process & Review Guidelines), and then it is also "part" of Planetary Software via PlanetaryPy which is a Planetary Software Top Level Project (TLP)
ASP should probably be a Planetary Software TLP, but I just haven't had the time to dig into starting the process, so that's mostly a time-availability thing on my part and not any particular barrier. So maybe I'm not the best example.
I think we could reach out to JMARS but it's unclear if they'd be interested
I wonder if rather than focusing on specific projects, what if we reach out to people who manage teams at orgs like JPL/SWRI/APL/SETI to have representation of folks writing software at these orgs who are interested in open source but may not currently have specific projects.
