I get this error message from the android wallet.

A directory lock usually indicates the app is still running in the background despite your OS's attempt to relaunch it. I suggest you make sure the app is fully quit before attempting to start it.

@C-ollins not sure why this has occasionally reoccurred. Possibly we can catch this condition before the OS does and display better instructions to the user.
