Resolves #823

This PR imports all strings from dcrandroid into dcrios, this makes it easy for translations to be synchronised.

Current Progress;

A new file with all dcrandroid strings has been created
The string syntax that isn't compatible with swift has been commented out, and a work around would be found for them

This PR would be closed in favour of a PR to be opened by @macsleven in which the work for this PR would be completed there
