ERR after ticket purchase that the wallet is locked.

2022-02-09 08:39:49.958 [ERR] VSPC: ticket ea44fa6af8e0400e5e0364881a3323becb3b8be1b2578dea3532f0ec56a0ea9b: reconcile payment: payfee: sign request: wallet.SignMessage: wallet locked: mixed

The wallet should remain unlocked until the VSP fee is fully confirmed.

GoDCR UI shows ticket purchase successful, but these errors recur in the log until the app is quit.

Enabling mixing clears this error since the wallet gets unlocked.
