tests (tester plugin) problems under macOS

1. Web App Builder-Verfiy compilation timeout due to local settings > the test do no created the expected timeout

2. in the last batch of manual tests the WAB interface is brought in front of QGIS main windows, but this on macOS cannot be moved.... covering the dock/bar where the description/steps/buttons of the test are, so making if hard to do. For example the last test implies to click on "next step" after having pressed "create app" but as WAB dialog cannot be moved this is not possible.

This is on macOS Sierra.
