I run the server from my computer and everything works for me, but my friends don't. We tried to play through radmin vpn and it works, but not through zerotier, everything used to work. The versions of plastmo voice on the server and on the client are the latest and zerotier is also the latest version for everyone. I will write about this on zerotier github.
