Feature Request: Add a manual payment button for users with failed payment attempts.

Currently, after each billing cycle, PlayCanvas attempts to charge its users. If a user’s connected payment method lacks sufficient funds, the payment fails, and PlayCanvas retries automatically after some time. However, there is no option for users to log into their accounts and retry payment manually when this occurs.

Suggested Solution: Provide a "Retry Payment" button in the account billing section. This will allow users to manually initiate payment attempts, improving convenience and reducing service interruptions due to payment failures.
