Clean up junit integration

Currently, it requires the consumer to provide the necessary deps in the @maven repo -- however, it'd be nice if we could automatically provide those. Additionally, we should remove the unnecessary deps from the @rules_player_maven install and remove the methods for adding the junit repositories.
