New greeting from phone not working

So i deleted all my files on the sd card and created a new greeting. The greeting audio was still saved under the correct name but I’m not sure why it’s not playing. I can head the beep and a recording file saves but I’m not sure what else is wrong here. It worked the first time but not now.

The audio recording must be in a certain format. What I got to work was saving it as below:

Ensuring that no markers or other metadata is saved to the file. Then it worked like a charm.
