Not sure if this should be a different project or an additional feature of turtle-hook.
Currently for lindas-deployment all turtle files are transformed to n-triples, concatenated and deduplicated. It would be more efficient to update an n-quads file whenever the repo is changed and map it to-n-triples when needed. Rather SPARQL-Updates the graphs would be removed and added to a file. Having the lines sorted by graphname would allow for more efficiency, not sure how long excluding a graph from an unsorted nq-file would take.
