Migration to 14.0

Hello all, as discussed in the OCA Contributors mailing list, and having asked @PCatinean, there was general agreement to move the Pledra project under the OCA project.

The OCA repository is at:
https://github.com/OCA/product-configurator

This repository will stay here, up to 13.0.
Code for 14.0 onward will be in the OCA repo.
