Differences between models and canonical computations are not clear and will be confusing to user.
We need to discuss potential restructuring.

Possible solution: combine all into single folder?

Open to more suggestions.

Could just put everything underneath simulate/

Also, currently tabbing after plenoptic brings up all of synth, synthesize, simul, simulate. Want to make only of each pair show up. Probably involves adjusting __all__
