Positioning routes when editing: add option to place a route (or many routes) to position x

Repositioning to 'far away' on mobile is cumbersome. We could add a position no. to the route list when in edit mode and making it editable so that a route can be repositioned quickly to a far away position. (dragging on mobile is kind of slow)
Bonus: a way to do it for many routes at once
