As a user, I want to be able to:

Upload an image and get a glitched video
Set output video duration in seconds
Set output video framerate
Fine-tune glitch parameters

Dev notes:

Once the image is uploaded, feed the glitch video method the input image as a frame and replicate it as many times as needed depending on duration and framerate
