Description

Linkcheck appears to fail on https://docutils.sourceforge.io/docs/ref/rst/directives.html.

See https://github.com/plone/documentation/actions/runs/12298117357/job/34320818518#step:5:1092.

Monitor and see if the next PR resolves the issue, but if not, then create a PR to ignore checking these links. Sourceforge has been snarky.
