Hi,
I want to convert some (Power-)Doppler images from the Kretz file format. I used the -d flag as given in your documentation,
but the result didn't contain any (voxel-)data. I tried with multiple output formats (.dcm, .tif, .raw, .nrrd).
I also had a look at the metadata of the output DICOM image and the Photometric Interpretation flag contained as a value "Monochrome2", which wouldn't make much sense in my eyes.
Any thoughts on that? I would greatly appreaciate them!

Hello, Can you share the data? Can you try with nifti format? It would also be worth checking if the file contains power Doppler.

Nifti format unfortunately didn't make any difference. And I'm pretty positive about the data containing doppler, although I didn't check with the pure data, but rather with the 2D preview image that the ultrasound machine provided. Can I perhaps send you the data via e-mail or on some other not so public channel?

Hi @EllaHir ,

These look like 2D data outputs rather than 3D acquisitions?

Kretz is a volume (3D) based converter.

We're putting code together for 2D exportation in a separate library.
