Unresponsive Legend for Ggplot

Although the documentation at https://plotly.com/ggplot2/legend/ says that the position of the legend can be moved, several of the examples show no response to changes in underlying code.

I've experience similar issues where changes made in ggplot do not propagate through the ggplotly function.

Hi,
I second this ticket:

the documentation in the web-page (with source in plotly.r-docs/ggplot2/2021-08-04-legend.Rmd) shows no change in the position of the legend by changing the code.

However, executing the cited source produces the expected results. Maybe the web-page needs to be "knitted" again ?
