Issue Description:
I am experiencing difficulties with the SSO authentication process when trying to access the FormCreator plugin. Specifically, the following problems have been identified:
Users are unable to authenticate through SSO, leading to a “400 Bad Request” error.
Apache error logs indicate various authorization failures and invalid command messages related to Kerberos authentication.
The FormCreator plugin does not seem to recognize authenticated users properly.
Environment Details:
GLPI Version: 10.0.15
FormCreator Plugin Version: 2.13.9
Server OS: Ubuntu 24.04.1
Web Server: Apache 2.4.58
Browser: Firefox
Steps Taken:
I have verified the configuration settings for both GLPI and the FormCreator plugin.
Apache logs have been reviewed for additional error messages related to authentication.
Ensured that the necessary Kerberos modules are enabled in the Apache configuration.
Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your prompt response.
