Use Case

We want Logstash to be available in Plural to ingest streaming data.

Ideas of Implementation

Elastic provides an official helm chart https://github.com/elastic/helm-charts/tree/main/logstash

Let me double-check, but you might be able to do that w/ the elastic operator we bundle with the elasticsearch setup actually
