Use Case

https://saleor.io/ is an open source headless ecommerce engine, think shopify but with graphql as a frontend. It's a good, low-cost option for lots of emerging e-commerce companies.

Ideas of Implementation

they have a fair number of community helm charts available: https://saleor.io/

it'll likely be somewhat complex, so worth diving deeper on exactly how to configure it
