version number and unknown setting error when running gotm #7

Version number needs to be downgraded to 6 to run with stable version of GOTM

When running GOTM you also get the error:

ERROR: the following setting(s) were not recognized:

/temperature/type
/salinity/type
/turbulence/generic/cpsi4
/turbulence/keps/ce4
/turbulence/my/e6
/mimic_3d/int_pressure
/equation_of_state

You can still run GOTM using "./gotm --ignore_unknown_config" so the problem is not urgent but ideally still needs to be fixed. .

@jornbr Is there something missing in the gotm.yaml that we need? We have already downgraded to v6
