Make it possible to read in wind fields from ocean data files

Some models include the wind field with the ocean data, so users have access to the wind data that was used to force the model. In these cases, it would be desirable to be able to use this field in particle tracking simulations. Presently, PyLag expects the wind field to be stored in a separate set of files.
