We are constantly doing the same plot with GO/KEGG terms but never adding the plotting function to this ackage. Can we grab the plotting code from https://github.com/PNNL-CompBio/amlresistancenetworks/blob/master/R/bagOfGenesEnrichment.R and add it to a file/functionality (with documentation in this package)? @biodataganache i think it will take maybe a day or two.
