Remove error messages from Vignette within R - (quality of life update) #36

When running vignette('leapR'), there are error messages within the help box resulting from the t-tests. Removing these would make it easier for users to follow along with. There is one section that is very easy to miss because it is sandwiched between hundreds of lines of error messages/warnings.
