Django 3.1 has been released and it contains features that PNOJ would benefit.

Migrating the Problem Results data to a single JSONField would simplify the code greatly

Changes not related to Django 3.1:

Use Mixins to replace duplicate codes in class-based views
Separate template files into separate directories
Create a new field on submissions indicating 100% AC status
Resolve issue Unnecessary save function override for RegisterForm #19
