Describe the bug
Mx and Au fail to build. Program stalls indefinitely at ogr2osm.process step during their countrywide address files.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior, Mention an exact address if possible:

Run --normal au
Check logs to find process of countrywide file is last step taken

Expected behavior
Process finishes in roughly same time as last month. Typically 4 minutes.
