m365 entra userconsent remove --appId -u [userid] -g [groupid]

Description

Remove user from enterprise app user consent

Add channel to the specified Microsoft Teams team with name Team Name

Thanks for the suggestion @rabwill! @pnp/cli-for-microsoft-365-maintainers let's see what's the best way to do it and which options we should support ideally.
