How to add the app package to Site Collection App Catalog and Install the App

Hello Team,
I would like to create the TOC in my custom Microsoft learning path by referring the steps mentioned in https://github.com/pnp/sp-dev-fx-webparts/blob/main/samples/react-page-navigator/README.md.

I have followed the steps as mentioned in the readme file.

1. Downloaded the zip file in the local and navigated to the required folder
2. Executed npm i --> Completed
3. gulp bundle --ship --> Completed
4. gulp package-solution --ship --> Completed
5. Add the app package to Site Collection App Catalog and Install the App --> Not completed
6. Add the web part to a page in the Site Collection --> Not Completed

I would like to completed the last two steps, but unsure of how it could be completed. Can anyone help us?
