💡 [Feature]: The /manage chat command is not good as using query in CLI commands

🎯 Aim of the feature

If we ask the SPFx Toolkit chat participant to query based on some condition it will not formulate the JAMESPath in the query option properly and usually it creates a wrong CLI command.
We should fix it up with more grounding how to do that properly
