📣 [Promote]: Create blog post about how SPFx Toolkit help in starting your DevOps journey

🎯 Aim

The aim is to create a blog post that would describe all of the different ways SPFx Toolkit help out in setting up CI/CD flows. We should:

• describe what is DevOps and why automate some stuff in a CI/CD flow may be helpful
• describe different approaches in GitHub Workflow and Azure DevOps
• show SPFx Toolkit in action and how it scaffolds a GH Workflow and ADO pipeline - how it may also setup a certificate and a dedicated Entra app reg for the flow

Ideally, the blog post should be added to our community PnP blog: https://pnp.github.io/blog/
