Describe the feature you'd like to request

This ticket continues the discussion of the issue podkrepi-bg/frontend#1434. We need to ensure the complete deletion of a user account in the system. Currently, when a user deletes their account, the account is only disabled in Keycloak.

Describe the solution you'd like

The solution should involve deleting the user account not only from the PostgreSQL database but also from the Keycloak database, ensuring the removal of all associated personal information. It is important to note that any donations made by the person should be retained, but the association with the individual should be anonymized.
