Looks like now the spec is being generated in 3.0.0 version.
Are there any plans to update to 3.1.0?

@sunli829 @Nahuel-M I'm interested in contributing if work has not started on this effort already. Would you be willing to review a PR after I've had a chance to dig into this? Also, if you have any tips/warnings on how you'd like this to be implemented please let me know. I was thinking about creating a oai-3-1 feature flag to avoid re-implementing the entire crate, but I'm not sure how feasible that will be until I dig deeper.
