[Snapshots] Provide Alpha TestNet snapshots

Objective

Currently, we only support Beta TestNet snapshots. We also need to extend snapshots to cover Alpha TestNet, which is NOT trivial to sync from scratch at the moment.

Goals

• Add snapshots for Alpha TestNet
• Utilize the same scripts introduced in [Snapshots] Add snapshot support for full nodes #1092

Deliverables

• Dedicated full-node on Alpha TestNet that is used to run the script to create snapshots
• Snapshots are pushed to the snapshots endpoint.
• Verify the snapshots endpoint has the Alpha Testnet snapshots listed and available
• Verify cheat sheet snapshot pull works (that would mean the walkthrough is compatible as well)

General deliverables

• Comments: Add/update TODOs and comments alongside the source code so it is easier to follow.
• Testing: Add new tests (unit and/or E2E) to the test suite.
• Makefile: Add new targets to the Makefile to make the new functionality easier to use.
• Documentation: Update architectural or development READMEs; use mermaid diagrams where appropriate.
