Objective

Scope out and prepare all the work needed to launch Shannon's Beta TestNet.

Goals

• Launch Beta TestNet with the MVP tokenomics features needed for MainNet
• Create well scope work that can be picked up by engineers
• Split the work into as many

Deliverables

• Idenfy deliverable components of Shannon tokenomics that can be implemented in separate (parallel or sequential) components
• For each component above:
  • Create one E2E test (i.e. user flow) for each feature such as this example
  • Create a [GitHub Issue] using this template

Non-goals / Non-deliverables

• Implementing any of the tokenomics work itself
• Updating any relevant documentation
• Modeling the actual tokenomics
• Settling on concrete governance parameter values

General deliverables

• Comments: Add/update TODOs and comments alongside the source code so it is easier to follow.
• Testing: Add new tests (unit and/or E2E) to the test suite.
• Makefile: Add new targets to the Makefile to make the new functionality easier to use.
• Documentation: Update architectural or development READMEs; use mermaid diagrams where appropriate.
