are both public face datasets released for researchers to benchmark

If I were to create PR adding to your list is that appropriate (i.e., the workflow for this repo)?

Also, we have a recent survey (PAMI) on recognizing kinship in faces, https://arxiv.org/pdf/2006.16033.pdf (perhaps a nice item for the top list of surveys).

If you give go ahead, I could quickly clone, add, and create PR (and or however you want to do it)
