Map pages should display last updated date

Expected Behavior

Each map and sub program map should display somewhere on the page the date the data was last updated. Once pages are fully implemented, it will be difficult to tell when new data has been added.

Current Behavior

There is no indication on the map pages when they were updated.

Well want to get Leigh's input on this improvement to see where on the page it makes the most sense.
