QR in clear expired referenda locks seems broken

Description

In the Accounts page of pjs-apps (while connected to the Kusama chain), I choose the 3 dots next to my account:

There I click the Cleared expired referenda locksoption and then the Sign via QRbutton:

and then instead of having a stable-non changing QR to scan, I get a QR that is changing. So at one moment it appears like that:

and then it becomes like this:

This leads to my cold wallet assuming that this is Multipart Data which I do not think it should be. Multipart is usually for the Metadata but I never saw it when signing transactions. Eventually the wallet is unable to scan it as a valid QR and it fails.
