If you can login the old version, you can export your keystore json data(it was password required), and re-import your account into the new version with the keystore. If you lost your password, no one can help. |

To Polkawallet support team or whom concerns,
I have some problems with KSM claims.
I downloaded and registered Polkawallet by the end of 2018, then claimed KSM to the account successfully. About 2~3 months later polkawallet App updated , then I had to update the App as well.
After updated the App, I found that I couldn't login the original verion. Then I tried to login updated version with code&ID, but there's nothing in the account.
Therefore, is there any possibility to get the KSM back ?
What I have now is: the iphone I used by that time, my ID and login code, I couldn't find the mnemonic.
Your great help will be much appreciated.
