your withdrawal screen does not allow me to enter a wallet address. There is already a wallet address and it will not let me change it.

Please assist

Good morning, Here is the screenshot. As you can see, it does not allow me to enter a wallet address, it only lets me submit a withdrawal. I definitely do not want to lose my DOT Thank you
