Updating from 2_0_0 to 2_1_0

I'm attempting to upgrade my PigoGUS to 2.1.0 but running into an issue.

The card works (I was playing Warcraft 2 about an hour ago before deciding to update) and it's detected as shown in the screenshot.

I don't remember putting the card into any kind of programming mode when I went to the 2.0.0 version. When I did the update, the card was in the machine.

Fortunately, a power off of the PC does reset and the card resumes working.

... oh... about the only change I can think of is that I replaced the PSU from the 20-ish year old AT PSU that was in it to a modern PSU. The only thing I know is different is that there's no -5v line. Is that something that's needed?
