The civicrm-backdrop drush scripts mirror the installation process of civicrm-core.

When changes are made to civicrm-core install we will likely need to make those changes to the drush scripts too.

A good example are this set permissions function which wasn't included in the drush script (see #10) but was a part of the manual install.
