We will have to get civicrm for backdrop from the release zip as this is where it is packaged up correctly atm. We should discuss with civcicrm folks how we can get this into packagist at some stage as I'm sure it will be good to have a development version (and have dependencies managed alongside those of backdrop)

when installing we have to add mysqli to the php Dockerfile build - worth noting that CiviCRM is using different php mysql libraries to those of backdrop.
