see commit ref in #7

currently an edited version of backdrop.drush.inc is copied into the .drush/commands in entrypoint to get around not having the civicrm module enabled before running the drush command to install.

This file will soon get out of date. An alternative could be to edit the file directly from entrypoint.sh
